For online membership log on to www.spwske.org/membership.php
1. Fill the form in CAPITAL LETTERS except email address that should be in Lower Case. All fields with "*" are compulsory to be filled. In the field of "Class" the MBBS students will mention MBBS alongwith their year e.g FIRST YEAR MBBS. The students from AHS will mention both AHS and their DISCIPLINE alongwith the year e.g FIRST YEAR AHS physiotherapy.
2. After filling all the required fields click on the button " Submit Query" at the end of membership form. After the submission of form a PDF copy of form will appear on your screen. For that your computer must have Adobe Reader.
4. Save this PDF Copy on your computer by clicking on the disc icon marked in red circle with arrow pointer in the following picture. If your computer has Internet Download Manager integrated with your web browser it will automatically download the PDF file and save it in your computer. Please DO NOT COPY THE LINK IN SEARCH BAR OF YOUR BROWSER(MENTIONED IN CROSSED RED CIRCLE IN THE FOLLOWING PICTURE) AND DO NOT EMAIL US THAT LINK.
5. Save this PDF copy at proper place of your computer. As the PDF Copy is saved on our desktop in the following pictures.

6. For the confirmation of your membership, Email us this saved PDF copy of your filled up membership form at "spws@kemu.edu.pk" and submit membership fee according to the type of your membership alongwith two passport size photographs having NAME, CLASS and ROLL.NO at the back of each photograph to SPWS CR or GR of your class.
7. After receving your membership form,membership fee and photographs, you will be given membership card.
Please FILL THE FORM ONLY ONCE CAREFULLY. DO NOT FILL AND SUBMIT THE MEMBERSHIP FORM AGAIN AND AGAIN.
